Care Tips

Keep your new merch looking killer! For light cleaning, gently wipe wood shelves using a soft moist cloth and warm water, then dry immediately. For additional care and protection we recommend Howard Wood care products to clean, polish and condition.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, size and the delivery address of the order. You will be charged common carrier rates and ship via freight. Common carrier rates are 15% of your merchandise total.

Once an order leaves our shop it’s up to the carrier to get it to your door safely. Once they’ve delivered it to your door it is your responsibility to receive it safely. We offer order protection for any issues during shipping, we offer this service because we cannot replace your orders for free if they are damaged, stolen or lost. We do not refund shipping fees.

Returns

If an item has a defect of course we will fix or replace it as needed. Warranties vary by product; please consult our website’s Warranty Page for coverage of your particular product.

The following products are non-refundable because they have been produced just for you and cannot be resold. These items include all shelving, hooks, cabinet pulls, bookends, poster hangers and any swag like T-shirts or hats. It also includes any stock or made-to-measure items that have been altered in any way outside of options available on the website.
